ADVANCED PROJECT MANAGEMENT

FEATURES

The e-Learning course PM Advanced focusses on complex Project Management methods
and instruments. With its 39 lessons grouped into 9 thematic modules, the learner immerses
step-by-step into Project Management approaches. A special focus is also given to soft
skills. Thanks to the numerous examples and exercises, which are available in a variety of
formats, the learner can put in practice the acquired knowledge in a dynamic way.

PM Advanced is available in different languages: English and French.

Extra service: The learner can choose whether he/she wants to be accompanied by an

AUDIENCE AND OBJECTIVES
Target group:
• Senior Project Managers who already have fundamental knowledge in Project
Management.
• Experienced Project Managers who are looking for the theoretical and methodological
background.

Objectives:
At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:
• Apply advanced Project Management techniques such as procurement, in-depth risk
analysis, etc;
• Apply essentials technics of leadership (motivation, conflict management, team
building etc.);
• Master the execution of more complex projects.

DURATION AND PDU’S
Once the access activated, it will be valid for 12 months. The average duration for completing
the course is 15 hours.
To finish the course, the learner must complete all lessons with a minimum score of 80%.

This Course provider is a PMI® Authorized Training Partner (ATP N° 2073). After the course completion, the
learner can request a certificate for the PDU claim.
